Health Buy complaint by Cindyropp

I have been looking for a diet product that works. I had tried Cialis, green tea, cortaslim etc... and most of them offer you money back guarantee that it works. Well, i did alot of research and it recommended a product so I bought the Hoodia Chaser from Healthbuy.com because it had a 'guarantee" to work...well guess what, I got an authorization for return and I sent in the rest of the bottle and shipped it back just like they said and got zero of my $40 back because it was OPENED. how can I see if it works without opening it idiots!

How do you know its going to work? How do you know its going to work? Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat??? Because it says return the unused portion of the product idiot. So if you bought two bottles and used one then you would return the unused portion. And then you would know if it worked or not. I swear some people do not know how to read. But they just go onto these dumb dumb discussion boards after they dont get what they want and b***** like b****es

Well there guarantee says on their main website you can only return the unused portion of it. You should have read their guarantee before buying. Reading a guarantee always makes things easier.
